Womb Continuum Care is an Embodied Prayer rooted in Hands In Pelvic, Abdomen, Uterine and Vulva-Vaginal Tending. It seamlessly weaves manual therapy techniques including Rolfing Structural Integration, Traditional Mexican Abdominal, Womb & Uterine Alignment, Craniosacral Therapy & Scar-Tissue Remediation. This is Women's Care, tending to the Whollyness of the Female Form. 

As we co create and guide the body back to its original physiological design, fascia mobilizes, blood and lymph flow, organs rejuvenate, and pleasure, vitality & fertility enhance.

Layer by layer, we attune to your body's rhythm & pace. With slow, intentional touch, tissue and fascia reorganize: belly and womb come back to center, emotions untangle, stagnation dissipates, adhesions melt, the rib cage opens, and the heart womb connection reinvigorates.

Your time on the table deserves support & commitment. Restorative rest, daily movement, sunlight, eating a nourishing diet of animal proteins & fats, abdominal/womb castor oil packing and vaginal steaming are all ways you can simply & nourishingly care for your body.

On the day of our session, please arrive with your body clean and clear of any oils, lotions or synthetic perfumes or body washes.

Please removeany & all jewelry & piercings prior to your session.

Clothing is optional during our session. If you choose to wear clothes, a loose fitfitting tank top and breathable underwear are suggested.

Please refrain from all usage of drugs, alcohol, vaping, nonceremonial tobacco use and psychedelics for AT LEAST 48 hours prior to our session.

Yes, you can.  Womb Continuum Care is so supportive and nourishing during your moon time.  Please check in with yourself and your capacity to arrive fully present during this time in your cycle.  If this is available to you then the work is as well.

No, this is not a massage.  Womb Continuum Care is a co-creation, a collaboration, which asks you to be present in your body, breath and womb.  As we tend to your physiological form, layer by layer, it is asked of you to stay engaged. 

Pain is not experienced in these sessions yet change occurs in the uncomfortable spaces. Many Women have been in holding patterns of emotional and physical stagnation for years.  When the body is given the care and attention to unwind, stagnation moves, adhesions melt, scar tissue dissipates and fluid mobilizes.  This may not be the most comfortable experience yet it is deeply rewarding and refreshing to the physical, spiritual and womb body.  Your tissues guide the session.  If at any time you feel overwhelmed physically or emotionally, we will resource ourselves around your experience and move according to your pace and peace. 

A session opens up with a brief check in and a gentle body reading. This allows us to both drop into an intention for our time together. This intention and the intelligence of your body will guide the session which will consist of fascial work, deep belly care, organ and womb alignment and pelvic manual therapy. Each session is dependent on your health needs and goals.  

It is highly suggested to book yourself a series of sessions. This work is slow and deeply rewarding, requiring presence and commitment.

Each Woman is different, each body unique.  This work centers you, your life's walk, your herstory.  It is full-spectrum Woman’s care.  

To begin I suggest a series of 4-10 sessions.  This will open the pathways to deeper work and the possibility of vulva-vaginal care.  My aim is to tend to your body during all seasons of your life, leaving you feeling full and supported always.

Womb Continuum Care is an integral part of preparing the body for conception. 

When in the active stages of conception, please book your appointments between your bleed and prior to ovulation, avoiding sessions between your ovulation time and possible pregnancy.

Womb Continuum Care is not available to Women in their first trimester of pregnancy. 

Sessions can begin 15-20 weeks into your pregnancy.

As of now, I will be offering Postpartum sessions for women 6-8 weeks after a vaginal birth or 10-12 after a caesarean, depending on the quality and timeliness of healing that you are experiencing.

Women who have IUD’s, pelvic or abdominal mesh, active addictions, active IVF cycles, Women who are on HRT’s, Women who are on specific medications and Women who are working through extreme and serious mental health issues.
